- Valerie SI used to live in Korea and the food was fusion but great. It was just filling enough but you weren't stuffed at the end. All the plates are to share and everything is well presented and the waitstaff clean up the table and plates between courses raising the level to feel like fine dining. Only knock was the use of paper napkins - just felt off with the whole upscale vibe.
- Cécile TI was part of a group of 6 to celebrate a birthday, so we wanted a special dinner. I greatly enjoyed this dining experience, definitely one of the best I've had, if not the best. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff was attentive without being overbearing, and the tasting menu was so good. I admit that there were some food I wouldn't have tried on my own (like the octopus), everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. We were also surprised with oysters and beet tartare (never had that made with beet before), but also sparkling wine. Cutlery is replaced after each dish, which is a nice touch. An older review complained about the use of paper napkins, if that's something that would bother you, I can assure you that they use fabric ones now. I'd recommend Incheon to my friends and family!
- David WThis place is amazing from start to finish. It’s very hard to find places like this in America. It really reminded me of being in Korea. The interior and vibe was very classy as soon as we walked in. The customer service was great and responsive. And the food and drinks were tasty and presented luxuriously. 잘먹었습니다!
